It's another damp day. The temperature has gone up some, though. Would really like to see the sun. The weeds are loving it out there, growing at a great rate. Irises are still blooming, which is nice. I'd forgotten how many there are. One of the few things the deer won't eat. My friend D came through her surgery with flying colors and even posted on Facebook yesterday morning, the day after her surgery. She is truly awesome. The week before her surgery she and her husband went to Gatlinburg for a law enforcement conference (he's police chief of their little town). There she saw a T-shirt she wanted to buy but he said no. The T-shirt said, "Yes, these are fake. My real ones tried to kill me." I think she should have bought it anyway while he was occupied in the conference.
It's going to be a lazy day today. I have things to do but they won't take much time. Keeping my fingers crossed for some sun.
Have a good day.

It's a damp day here as well, but since we're just coming into winter, that's to be expected I guess. I'm already tired of it though!
My mom & dad used to love iris'... and I would love to plant them someday!
Have a great day, my friend!
Glad your friend came through OK...and I love the idea of that T-shirt!
I'm with you! I think she should have bought it anyway!
Have a great day!
Tatesmama....wow, two winters in one year. Don't think I'd like it. If you do move back to the states I could mail you some iris. I have lots and lots and lots and.....
HJ...You have a good day too.
