Short and sweet. That's what it's gonna be today. Well, short anyway. I have to get a move on and load a bunch of stuff in my van for tomorrow's sewing marathon. Today is gallery day, then knitting night (have I bored you yet?). It's supposed to rain which is why I am loading my van with various and sundry sewing paraphernalia this morning while it isn't raining.

I want to share a short prayer with you that an acquaintance of mine wrote.

"Dear Lord, This past year you have taken away my favorite actor - Patrick Swayze, my favorite Angel - Farrah Fawcett, my favorite singer - Michael Jackson and my favorite salesman - Billy Hayes. I just wanted to let you know God, that Barack Obama is my favorite president. Amen"
